Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly parent newsletters and weekly lesson plans to keep parents informed about their child's progress.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment that promotes the health and well-being of children.
  • Collaborate with the director/assistant director to ensure that the center is operating in accordance with program policy and customer service expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Current CPR, First Aid, Health/Safety, and Blood Borne Pathogen certification.
  • Ability to lift, bend, squat, push, pull, and carry children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting.
  • Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
  • Ability to speak and write effectively in English.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
