Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Behavior Frontiers. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities or delays in home and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech therapy assessments and observe and assess each consumer's skill level and areas of need
Collaborate with child development specialists, early intervention supervisors, OT, family, and other professionals to provide recommendations for individualized speech therapy programming
Participate in co-visits and provide training to child development specialists, early intervention supervisors, and family members in the recommended interventions
Update and modify speech therapy program(s) as needed
Attend team meetings and/or IFSP meetings to discuss consumer progress and goals
Requirements:
Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist
Master's Degree
2 years' experience designing, implementing, and evaluating speech language pathology services
2 years' experience working with infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities or delays in home/community settings
Demonstrated excellence with written assessments and treatment plans
Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with a team
Ability to pass fingerprinting and background check with no criminal record
Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
Bilingual speaking (e.g., Spanish, Vietnamese) a plus
