Key Responsibilities- Manage personnel data and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Process payroll and benefits administration, including salary payments, tax deductions, and social security contributions.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract reviews and terminations.
- Develop and maintain personnel management software, ensuring efficient and effective use of systems.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Commercial vocational training with additional qualification (personnel specialists or payroll accounting) or a comparable degree.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in personnel and payroll.
- Knowledge of personnel management software (SAP, Personio, Workday, etc.).
- Knowledge of collective bargaining law.
- Knowledge of tax and social security law.
- Independent and precise way of working.
- Friendly demeanor, commitment, and strong service orientation.
