We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personnel Administration Specialist to join our team at BlueWave Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our personnel and payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage personnel data and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process payroll and benefits administration, including salary payments, tax deductions, and social security contributions.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract reviews and terminations.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of collective bargaining law.
  • Knowledge of tax and social security law.
  • Independent and precise way of working.
