As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and registration transactions, and ensuring a positive experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests, responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Transaction Processing: Process sales and registration transactions, including student registrations, party bookings, and merchandise sales.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to management personnel, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of our members and guests, including enforcing safety rules and regulations, and administering first aid when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Experience: Two years of customer service and/or administrative office experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff.
  • Certifications: CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required.
Work Environment:

Our swim school is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our members and guests. As a Front Desk Customer Service Representative, you will be exposed to heat and humidity occasionally, and will be required to work in a moderate noise level environment.

Compensation:

$12.00 per hour
