About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at CLARE|MATRIX. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals, families, and communities affected by substance abuse and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including group and individual therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients and their families as needed
  • Document client progress and treatment outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling
  • At least two years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in substance abuse or mental health
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and best practices in the field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
