Mental Health Technician

At Lightfully Behavioral Health, we strive to provide exceptional care and support to our clients. As a key member of our team, the Client Care Technician (CCT) plays a vital role in ensuring the physical and psychological safety of our clients.
The CCT will provide aid, supervision, and protective oversight of clients during assigned shifts. This includes overseeing the self-administration of medication for clients. We are offering a per diem position for night shift.
Main Responsibilities:
- Uphold and maintain the Company's mission and values, known as the Lightfully 'Shining Commitments.'
- Support clients' physical and psychological safety.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of observations during shifts, ensuring that documentation accurately reflects all changes in clients' conditions and notify clinical staff of any noteworthy observations.
- Transport clients on outings, doctor's appointments, etc.
- Provide one-on-one assistance to clients in crisis as directed by the clinical team and clients' plans of care.
- Assist clients with nutritional and dietary needs as indicated, including meal and snack assembly.
- Assist with clients in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner, seeking assistance of licensed staff when needed.
- Assist in the admission and discharge process, including orientation, belongings inventory, and facility tour.
- Lead/Co-lead and facilitate groups (as appropriate to licensure).
- Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor, including some light housekeeping duties, conducting inventory, prepping supplies for the next day, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Able to drive company vehicle, meeting criteria and qualifications of auto policy.
- HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1+ years of related experience required.
