Job Description
  • Perform thorough patient assessments to identify needs and develop effective nursing interventions.
  • Provide high-quality care tailored to each patient's condition and age.
  • Document medical necessity accurately and timely in the medical record.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to revise and finalize the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
  • Conduct quality improvement assessments efficiently and accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
  • CRRN preferred.
  • Minimum six months' experience in a Medical/Surgical setting, preferably in an acute care environment.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes excellent oral and written communication skills, along with opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
