Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all members and guests.
  • Monitor the pool area at all times and respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents.
  • Perform regular checks on pool equipment and report any issues or concerns to management.
  • Participate in regular training and drills to maintain and improve your lifeguarding skills.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the pool area.
Requirements:
  • CPR and lifeguard certifications are required.
  • Previous experience in pool maintenance and upkeep is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
