Responsibilities

The Administrative Coordinator will:

  • Organize and manage office support functions and workflows for the assigned department.
  • Oversee office services, including telephone management, supply inventory, and the preparation and distribution of correspondence and reports.
  • Monitor and communicate updates to policies and procedures, making recommendations for enhancements to office operations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, track scheduling information, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Address inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, providing necessary information and resources.
Qualifications

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience (1 year of relevant job-specific experience is required).
  • Note: Professional licensure or certification may substitute for education or experience, if applicable.
