At Learning Care Group, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Center Director to lead our child care center. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters the social, physical, and intellectual growth of our children.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop a high-performing team of educators and staff
- Implement and maintain a curriculum that aligns with state and company standards
- Ensure the center operates in accordance with company and state licensing requirements
- Build strong relationships with parents and the local community
- Recruit, select, and retain quality staff
- High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA, associate, or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; early childhood education experience a plus
- Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements
