As a Center Director, you'll be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters social, physical, and intellectual growth in children. You'll work closely with staff to develop and implement engaging lesson plans, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop Manage and motivate a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
- Ensure Quality Maintain a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment that meets company and state standards.
- Build Relationships Foster strong partnerships with parents, caregivers, and the local community to promote a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
- Drive Innovation Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing new ideas and strategies to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements:
- 21 years of age or older.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- CDA, associate, or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.
