Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of dedicated educators and staff to create a warm and inspiring environment for children.
- Develop and implement educational programs that promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
- Collaborate with parents to ensure seamless communication and a positive partnership.
- Manage school operations, including staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and curriculum implementation.
- Ensure compliance with company and state licensing standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA, associate, or bachelor's degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
