Key Responsibilities

- Assist management with clerical responsibilities related to finance, payroll, receiving, and human resources, which may involve filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Provide assistance to customers, clients, and employees by addressing inquiries or directing them appropriately.
- Maintain office communications and informative displays.
- Utilize technology and software systems such as voicemail, copiers/scanners, personal computers, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving hands and arms frequently.
