Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Relations Coordinator to join our finance team at Barge Design Solutions, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in accounts payable or financial administration and be proficient in accounting software. They will be responsible for communicating with vendors, resolving payment issues, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with vendors regarding invoice details
  • Respond to vendor inquiries about payment status
  • Collect and organize vendor documentation
