Join Our Team as a Lead Cybersecurity Analyst

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Lead Cybersecurity Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our systems while promoting teamwork within our security divisions. Your expertise will be essential in:

  • Security Operations (50%):
    Overseeing daily information security assessments, supporting the security manager with monitoring events, vulnerabilities, and alerts.
  • Vulnerability Management (50%):
    Collaborating with the information security team to track vulnerabilities, manage threats, and assist in incident response.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Utilizing various security tools, including endpoint protection and SIEM systems, to analyze and mitigate risks.
  • Generating comprehensive security reports for management, presenting data in a clear and actionable format.
  • Building strong partnerships across the organization to ensure effective communication regarding system changes.
  • Providing technical guidance for vulnerability remediation and managing internal scanning tools.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of general information security experience, with a focus on reporting and analysis.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an analyst, preferably in a retail context.
  • Proficiency in Security Incident & Event Management (SIEM) systems.
  • Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Tenable or Rapid7.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
