Position Overview:
This position involves overseeing compliance with applicable regulatory and legal frameworks while implementing leading industry practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the Cybersecurity Risk Management Program, ensuring effective management of the cybersecurity risk register, and developing strategies for data privacy and incident response.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onsite requirements, with a preference for initial in-person collaboration.
- Conduct updates to Business Impact Analysis (BIAs) to identify critical cybersecurity systems.
- Lead initiatives to mature the Cybersecurity Risk Management Program.
- Support the development of a comprehensive security awareness program.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity during personnel transitions.
- Align AI Risk Management Framework with NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Oversee organization-wide security awareness initiatives, including phishing simulations and training.
- Work closely with the Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team to foster a security-centric culture.
- Assist in the implementation of GRC tools in partnership with external vendors.
- Participate in internal audits and collaborate with stakeholders to address findings.
- Engage in Incident Response Tabletop exercises and integrate lessons learned into practices.
- Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience with SEC Cybersecurity Disclosure Compliance, including incident tracking and documentation.
- Ability to maintain and update SEC workflows and Incident Response Plans.
- Familiarity with EU Artificial Intelligence (AI) Act Compliance Activities.
- Proficient in AI Governance and Risk Framework.
