About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer to join our Pre-Sales Systems Engineering team. As a Technical Evangelist for Cybersecurity, you will serve as a customer-facing technical expert, supporting our Accounts Executives with presentations, solution demonstrations, and proof of value engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evangelize Deep Instinct's cybersecurity solutions and strategies to large named prospects, while expanding the scope within our current strategic customer base.
  • Qualify opportunities by defining the level of compatibility between Deep Instinct's Prevention Platform and the customer's technical requirements.
  • Develop relationships with Product Management and collaborate with that team to prioritize feature enhancements that are key to the success of named accounts into the DI solution in a timely and predictable manner.
  • Organize and manage weekly meetings with named customers and engage with the broader Deep Instinct organization to answer their questions and address any concerns.
  • Engage in the technical support process by opening tickets and/or escalating support cases as necessary to ensure timely resolutions to customer concerns.
  • Build strong personal relationships with key stakeholders within named accounts.
  • Closely collaborate with the Deep Instinct Sales Engineering organization, sharing insight gained in engagements and leveraging the experience of the broader organization.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in selling cybersecurity solutions to large named accounts for partners or vendors.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and communicate professionally across all functional lines.
  • Exceptional technical aptitude across cybersecurity, networking, server, cloud, and virtualization.
  • Demonstrable experience in objection handling and positioning against competitive technologies.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere with a rapidly expanding customer base and partner ecosystem.
  • Ability to formulate strategies involving multiple people and organizations, and follow through with those initiatives.
  • Strong customer service orientation, a strong sense of initiative, a positive attitude, and a collaborative working style.
  • Able to handle a fast-paced environment and continuously reprioritize while maintaining a constant focus on driving Deep Instinct success.
  • A strong understanding of Deep Instinct solutions and how to position them within large accounts is strongly preferred.
