Sheridan Fruit Company is seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our retail team. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring proper knife handling and food health and safety standards are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cutting and preparing meat products for sale
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Meeting sales and productivity targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role
  • Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts
  • Ability to use and maintain various cutting tools and equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills
