Job Summary:

Training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will be a courteous, organized team player capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting demands.

Key responsibilities include handling phone inquiries, dispatching calls, and assisting drivers with navigation and documentation in a busy office environment with high call volumes.

We operate 24 hours a day.

Familiarity with the local area is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist drivers with navigation and documentation
  • Manage incoming calls and assist all callers
  • Communicate and assign rides to taxi drivers
  • Schedule transportation services
  • Provide directions to drivers as necessary
  • Perform clerical tasks, data entry, and filing
  • Carry out additional duties as required
