Descripción del Puesto:
El Coordinador Administrativo y Médico desempeñará un papel crucial en las operaciones diarias de nuestra clínica. Esta posición híbrida requiere un auto-iniciador que esté ansioso por aprender y crecer dentro de nuestro centro de bienestar. El candidato exitoso gestionará tareas administrativas y apoyará las operaciones clínicas, brindando una excelente oportunidad para el desarrollo personal y profesional.
Responsabilidades Clave:
- Tareas Administrativas:
- Recibir y registrar a los pacientes, asegurando un ambiente acogedor y profesional.
- Programar y confirmar citas, gestionar el calendario de la clínica y coordinar el flujo de pacientes.
- Manejar consultas de pacientes, llamadas telefónicas, correos electrónicos y correspondencia de oficina.
- Mantener y actualizar registros y archivos de pacientes, asegurando la confidencialidad y precisión.
- Gestionar facturación, reclamaciones de seguros y seguimientos de pagos pendientes.
- Ordenar y gestionar el inventario de suministros de oficina y médicos.
- Tareas de Asistente Médico:
- Asistir a los doctores naturopáticos en exámenes, tratamientos y procedimientos de pacientes.
- Preparar a los pacientes para consultas, tomando signos vitales e historiales médicos.
- Realizar pruebas de laboratorio básicas y recolectar muestras según sea necesario.
- Administrar inyecciones, realizar flebotomía y proporcionar educación al paciente bajo la supervisión de un profesional licenciado.
- Asegurar que las salas de examen estén limpias, abastecidas y preparadas para cada paciente.
Calificaciones:
- Diploma de secundaria o equivalente; preferiblemente certificación en asistencia médica.
- Experiencia previa en un entorno médico o de bienestar es un activo.
- Dominio en el uso de sistemas de registros médicos electrónicos (EMR) y software de oficina.
- Fuertes habilidades organizativas, de multitarea y gestión del tiempo.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
- Capacidad para mantener un alto nivel de confidencialidad y profesionalismo.
- Certificación en RCP y Primeros Auxilios es un plus.
