Director of Digital Operations

Epic Golf Club is seeking a seasoned Digital Operations Director to oversee the strategic management and execution of our digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of IT landscapes, project management expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Management: Oversee the development, maintenance, and updates of our company website, mobile app, and web directory.
  • Liaison and Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams (developers, marketing, IT) and external partners (advertising companies, agencies, etc.).
  • Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate projects related to website development, updates, and maintenance, as well as mobile app development and updates.
  • Performance Optimization: Oversee the functionality and performance of the web directory and ensure its content is up-to-date and user-friendly.
  • Ad Integration: Collaborate with the advertising team to ensure seamless ad integration across platforms.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Build and maintain comprehensive reporting and dashboards to track performance metrics for all digital platforms.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to teams as needed, troubleshooting issues related to digital tools and systems.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that all digital systems comply with the latest security standards and data privacy regulations.
  • Performance Improvement: Track performance analytics for digital platforms and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • Project Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience managing digital operations, including web development, mobile apps, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Project Management: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Technical Expertise: Experience working with developers, advertising agencies, and third-party vendors.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Expertise in building and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards for digital performance metrics.
  • Web Technologies: Knowledge of web technologies, CMS platforms, mobile app development, and analytics tools.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
  • SEO and SEM: Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising best practices.
  • UX/UI Design: Experience with UX/UI design principles.
  • Certifications: Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) are a plus.
