About Your Position:


As an Educational and Employment Support Coordinator, you will engage with Medicaid clients aged 14 to 40 who are navigating their initial experience with psychosis.

Your role will involve identifying their strengths, interests, capabilities, and needs to assist them in their educational and employment pursuits. Our Coordinators collaborate with clients on resume development, interview preparation, and managing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and anger to help them achieve their objectives successfully.

You will continue to support clients who are at risk of losing their placements or who face obstacles such as inaccessible locations, rigid schedules, financial constraints, and transportation issues.

This role encompasses advocacy, case management, and skills coaching, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve.

Do you meet the following qualifications?

This position requires one of the following:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Services/Social Services and 2 or more years of experience in supported employment or a related field
Certification as an Employment Support Professional (CESP) by the Employment Support Professional Certification Council (ESPCC) with at least 1 year of relevant experience
Certification as a Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) with at least 1 year of relevant experience
4 or more years of experience in supported employment, independent living assistance, or similar services
Eligibility as a Licensed Agency Affiliated Counselor through WA DOH
Proof of a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and educational credentials
