This role is pivotal in supporting the firm's fund marketing initiatives, managing comprehensive investor servicing, and engaging with both new and existing clients regarding fund promotion and capital acquisition for upcoming fund launches. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of alternative investments, private equity, and a broad knowledge of capital markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the retail sales and fundraising teams with all investor-related activities.
- Collaborate with the origination team to pitch new business opportunities, raise capital, create content, and organize investor roadshows.
- Coordinate with investment teams throughout the organization to ensure precision in sales, fund marketing, and business development efforts.
- Analyze the client base and develop strategic investor plans.
- Evaluate and interpret portfolio performance data, including benchmarking performance and assessing risk metrics.
- Review quarterly client reports to guarantee accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Identify opportunities to improve the strategic reporting framework by collecting and analyzing feedback from the field and collaborating with various partners across the organization.
- Conduct various ad hoc data research and analysis as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Services, Investment Banking, Investment Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Formulas.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management.
- Work alongside the investment team to develop and refine a cohesive suite of core product marketing and client-service materials to enhance product awareness.
- Collaborate with teams across various regions to create impactful marketing materials, including sales pitch books, strategy documents, client reviews, conference presentations, and educational resources for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct various ad hoc data research and analysis as needed.
