The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of alternative investments, private equity, and a broad knowledge of capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the retail sales and fundraising teams with all investor-related activities.
  • Collaborate with the origination team to pitch new business opportunities, raise capital, create content, and organize investor roadshows.
  • Coordinate with investment teams throughout the organization to ensure precision in sales, fund marketing, and business development efforts.
  • Analyze the client base and develop strategic investor plans.
  • Evaluate and interpret portfolio performance data, including benchmarking performance and assessing risk metrics.
  • Review quarterly client reports to guarantee accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the strategic reporting framework by collecting and analyzing feedback from the field and collaborating with various partners across the organization.
  • Conduct various ad hoc data research and analysis as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Services, Investment Banking, Investment Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Formulas.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Work alongside the investment team to develop and refine a cohesive suite of core product marketing and client-service materials to enhance product awareness.
  • Collaborate with teams across various regions to create impactful marketing materials, including sales pitch books, strategy documents, client reviews, conference presentations, and educational resources for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct various ad hoc data research and analysis as needed.
