Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Superintendent to join our team at RightPro Staffing. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production aspects of construction projects, ensuring quality work, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day job site activities, including OSHA safety compliance.
  • Direct field personnel according to project plans and company supervisory principles.
  • Communicate issues, events, performance, and progress daily to the Project Manager.
  • Report any problems promptly to the Project Manager to facilitate cost-effective solutions.
  • Establish effective working relationships with clients and company team members.

Requirements

  • 4-10 years' experience in vertical construction projects, including educational facilities and commercial, educational, and residential metal stud fit-out of existing spaces.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture or a construction-related field from an accredited college preferred.
  • Capable of providing clear, concise written and oral communication.
  • Effective communicator who can maintain and foster positive relationships with public entities, architects, government agencies, inspection departments, utility owners, and company employees.
