Manufacturing Instructor

CSCU is seeking a qualified Non-Credit Lecturer-Manufacturing to join our Continuing Education and Workforce Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching part-time in the non-credit division and meeting the teaching expectations outlined by the Director of Workforce Development.

• Develop and deliver high-quality instructional content in manufacturing-related subjects.
• Effectively work with diverse faculty, staff, and students to create a positive learning environment.
• Utilize online teaching platforms, including Blackboard, WebEx, and Microsoft Teams, to deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
• Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback to promote academic success.

• Associate's degree and/or industry experience or recognized credential in manufacturing or a related field.
• One or more years of teaching experience, including online teaching platforms.
• Related work experience in manufacturing or a related field.

• Prior community college teaching experience.
• Practical experience in the workforce education industry.
• Demonstrate knowledge of industry trends and workforce needs.

Salary is commensurate with specific course, location, and demand.
