As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of services delivered on our programs. You will work closely with our IT service teams to resolve problems and prevent future occurrences, while also collaborating with various stakeholders to drive compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Quality Manager in executing plans and activities that execute and measure the requirements according to Leidos policies and standards.
  • Monitor internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends in adherence to the Quality Management System.
  • Review deliverables, IT Service processes, and ticket data for compliance with requirements to ensure quality standards are upheld.
  • Assist in the creation of the Internal Audit Schedule to drive compliance with the PWS, QASP, Leidos Policies and Procedures, the Quality Plan, and other applicable Industry Standards and Best Practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4+ years of professional experience; or a Master's degree in a related discipline with 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Currently possess a DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Experience working with SharePoint and MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • Familiarity with Government and DoD IT and security policies and requirements.
  • Experience in ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI-SVC Industry Standards and Best Practices.
  • Experience w/ Remedy ticketing systems.
  • Current industry certifications in quality management and or service management such as ISO 9001-20000 and ITIL.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
