Job Summary:

The Business Office Administrator plays a vital role in managing student financial accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to advise students on payment options and financial policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and expense reports, general ledger coding, and resolve vendor invoice/payment issues.
  • Post student tuition and fee payments, issue system-generated receipts, and track student accounts throughout the collection process.
  • Coordinate sending inactive student accounts to outside collection agencies and assist with required documentation.
  • Assist in charging tuition and fees in CampusVue, preparing bank deposits, and entering data for reports.
  • Other duties as assigned, including regular and reliable attendance.

Requirements:

  • Two years of accounting systems experience or equivalent education in collections.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • CampusVue experience is a plus.
