Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Transition Services program. As a BCBA, you will work closely with students, teachers, and staff to develop and implement behavior plans that promote positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Analysis in a classroom setting to identify and address behavioral challenges.
- Develop and provide training to employees on behavior plan implementation.
- Attend IEP meetings to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Provide coaching to teachers, teaching assistants, and school personnel to support behavior plan implementation.
- Receive supervision and oversight coaching from senior BCBA/Clinical Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- NJ DOE teaching certificate preferred.
- Experience working with students ages 18-21 and students with Autism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and staff.
