Behavior Interventions is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time or part-time capacity. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavioral assessment and intervention services to support families referred to our Enhanced Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ABA programs for children and adolescents with significant challenging behaviors
  • Collaborate with program team members to provide feedback, training, and coaching on behavior-analytic strategies
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and program development in company practice management software
  • Provide crisis intervention services as needed
Requirements
  • BCBA certification
  • Behavior Specialist License
  • Experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children and adolescents
  • Experience working with significant challenging behaviors
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
