  • Receive and organize deliveries and mail, ensuring timely distribution to the correct recipients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the organization, delivering friendly and professional service.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
  • Assist with filing and data entry tasks as needed.
  • Ensure client comfort while they await appointments or group sessions.
  • Conduct regular audits of client charts to ensure compliance with documentation standards.
  • Facilitate client intakes and admissions processes.
  • Upload necessary documents into the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
  • Support the timely processing of staff invoices for payroll.
  • Assist in updating the agency's policies and procedures as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide documentation management support for insurance claims and referrals.
  • Oversee critical incident reporting and safety procedures.
  • Consult on ethical issues and help resolve dilemmas appropriately.
  • Update marketing materials for staff, clients, and referrals.
  • Coordinate scheduling and administration of staff meetings.
  • Support clinical and medical staff in compliance and utilization procedures.
  • Conduct regular internal audits of the facility and its supplies.
  • Audit assessment intakes for compliance.
