Compensation Manager

Uline is seeking a Compensation Manager to lead our comprehensive compensation program strategy, aligning with business goals and rewarding our employees. As a key member of our HR team, you will develop and implement compensation strategies, communicate with executives and managers, and conduct market analyses to ensure competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop the compensation administration team
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies
  • Communicate and train executives and managers on compensation methodologies and processes
  • Conduct regular market analyses to ensure competitiveness
  • Partner with HR and key stakeholders to design and administer base pay, variable pay, and other compensation programs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
  • 7+ years of compensation management experience
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation software
  • Strong analytical skills in market analyses, salary surveys, and data modeling
