Compensation Strategy Lead

Uline is seeking a Compensation Manager to lead our comprehensive compensation program strategy, aligning with business goals and rewarding our employees. As a key member of our HR team, you will develop and implement compensation strategies, communicate with executives and managers, and conduct market analyses to ensure competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop the compensation administration team
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies
- Communicate and train executives and managers on compensation methodologies and processes
- Conduct regular market analyses to ensure competitiveness
- Partner with HR and key stakeholders to design and administer base pay, variable pay, and other compensation programs
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
- 7+ years of compensation management experience
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation software
- Strong analytical skills in market analyses, salary surveys, and data modeling
