Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to enhance our dynamic team at one of our exceptional hotels. This role is pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest accommodations, ensuring an outstanding experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize appropriate cleaning agents for designated surfaces, adhering to safety regulations and company standards.
  2. Transport cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens to assigned guest rooms, ensuring secure positioning of the cart.
  3. Restock and return the cleaning cart at the end of each shift.
  4. Conduct deep cleaning of various hotel areas as directed.
  5. Update the status of cleaned rooms on the assignment sheet.
  6. Safeguard the security of assigned guest rooms and keys, maintaining guest privacy.
  7. Address guest complaints by following established procedures to ensure satisfaction.
  8. Report maintenance issues and manage guest requests or complaints, seeking assistance from supervisors when necessary.
  9. Maintain mobility throughout an 8-10 hour shift on hard surfaces.
  10. Lift a minimum of 20 pounds to a height of 5 feet without assistance.
  11. Ascend to heights of 6 feet using a step ladder as required.
  12. Position oneself effectively to perform tasks such as making beds, disposing of trash, vacuuming, dusting, assisting guests with luggage, and setting up meeting spaces.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will value connection and possess strong communication skills. A polished appearance is essential, as is a willingness to engage during busy weekends and holidays.
