The Reserves Network Inc has partnered with a leading manufacturer in the industry. We are seeking a talented Contract Review Specialist to join their dynamic Customer Service team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with exceptional organizational and clerical skills.

Your Experience as the Contract Review Specialist:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Office 365.
  • Typing skills of at least 50 WPM with high accuracy.
  • Experience in customer service or administrative role preferred.

What Matters Most as the Contract Review Specialist:

  • Competitive pay rate of $18-$20/hour, depending on experience.
  • Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and life insurance, 401k plan, paid vacation/personal time and holidays, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement program
  • Onsite position for team collaboration.
  • Direct Hire opportunity.

Your New Role as the Contract Review Specialist:

  • Process and review purchase orders from customers
  • Identify errors and communicate with customers to obtain revised purchase orders
  • Enter orders into the CRM System
  • Assist customers in ensuring their orders are accurate and able to be entered
  • Contract review of all incoming sales orders
  • Interact with other departments regularly
  • Work at a fast pace with the ability to handle interruptions and time pressure
