Job Title: VP of Product Development

ACROBiosystems is a leading provider of innovative products and solutions for the biopharmaceutical industry. We are seeking an experienced VP of Product Development to lead our Discovery/Development Business Division and drive the development of cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the division, focusing on innovative product solutions and applications.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and application support.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the biopharmaceutical industry and integrate these insights into strategic planning and product innovation.
  • Engage with key stakeholders in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors to gather insights, forge strategic partnerships, and enhance the company's market position.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a leadership role within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, specifically in product and application development.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing diverse and high-performing teams, with a strong aptitude for fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Extensive knowledge of current trends, technologies, and advancements in the biopharmaceutical industry and life science discovery.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects around changing priorities.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $180,000 to $230,000 (DOE) + Bonus.
