Position SummaryStep into a rewarding culinary journey as our Assistant Culinary Leader for the newly established premium lounge at the airport. In this pivotal role, you will design outstanding dining experiences and spearhead operations from inception. If you possess a passion for hospitality and a creative approach to culinary arts, we invite you to contribute to our exciting new initiative.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all culinary operations and support the Executive Chef.
- Manage and lead a team of culinary associates.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Control costs and manage expenditures for the lounge.
- Develop and design all menu offerings.
- Handle purchasing and inventory management.
- Implement new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams.
- Culinary degree is preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in culinary management.
- Experience in high-volume production and catering is essential.
- Proven track record in managing cost controls.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within a leading foodservice organization.
