You'll have the opportunity to work with exciting clients in the Consumer Goods and Automotive sectors, building relationships and driving business growth. We're looking to replicate our UK success in the US and are seeking a talented individual to help us achieve this goal.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a sales professional with a recruitment background, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for business development. You'll need to understand the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and winning new business. This is a sales role that requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, as you'll spend most of your day speaking with clients and candidates.

The Role:

As a Principal Client Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the Consumer Goods or Automotive industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and ensure a successful match.
  • Utilize a variety of recruitment methods, including head hunting, business development, job boards, networking events, and referrals, to attract top talent.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
