Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee process and quality to guarantee a seamless workflow.

  • Assist in the development and rollout of new products into mass production.
  • Provide input during the acquisition or enhancement of equipment.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Facilitate continuous improvement meetings.
  • Oversee the assignment of off-line tasks including attendance, line scheduling, data entry, and supply management.
  • Ensure the team meets quality and productivity objectives.
  • Support the integration of new products into mass production.
  • Contribute insights when new equipment is procured or upgraded.

Position Requirements

  • A two-year degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills are advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn and execute all team responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to effectively engage with team members.
  • Ability to navigate around equipment safely.
  • A deep personal commitment to uphold company policies and cultivate a team-oriented culture.
