Position Overview
In this role, you will support and foster team decision-making, ensuring a commitment to continuous improvement while fulfilling customer demands for quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee process and quality to guarantee a seamless workflow.
- Utilize your technical expertise to enhance processes through effective communication, engaging team members, and collaborating with all production support functions.
- Minimize equipment downtime by identifying root causes of issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all equipment modifications.
- Adjust controls on production equipment as necessary within your designated area.
- Integrate new products into existing or new production systems.
- Facilitate training for team members on all relevant tasks.
- Act as a versatile team member, ensuring your own certification and proficiency in all team-required tasks.
- Lead and moderate continuous improvement meetings.
- Delegate off-line responsibilities such as attendance tracking, line scheduling, data entry, and supply management.
- Be accountable for the team's success in achieving quality and productivity targets.
- Assist in the development and rollout of new products into mass production.
- Provide input during the acquisition or enhancement of equipment.
Additional Responsibilities
- Facilitate continuous improvement meetings.
- Oversee the assignment of off-line tasks including attendance, line scheduling, data entry, and supply management.
- Ensure the team meets quality and productivity objectives.
- Support the integration of new products into mass production.
- Contribute insights when new equipment is procured or upgraded.
Position Requirements
- A two-year degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.
- Basic computer skills are advantageous.
- Willingness to learn and execute all team responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to effectively engage with team members.
- Ability to navigate around equipment safely.
- A deep personal commitment to uphold company policies and cultivate a team-oriented culture.

This position reports directly to the line group leader and collaborates closely with the process control team.
