Job Summary:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Evaluate customer programs and develop tailored sales plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales performance
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers to drive business growth
- Provide consultative services to businesses and customers to meet their agricultural needs
- Prepare comprehensive sales presentations and proposals
- Lead sales projects and mentor sales staff to ensure success
- Maintain a strong safety culture and adhere to industry standards
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant experience in agricultural sales or a related field
Additional Qualifications:
- Agronomy sales experience is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related field is preferred
- Outside sales experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other industry-standard software
- Valid driver's license
