Role Summary
Titan Pro is on the lookout for a driven Agronomy Regional Account Manager (RAM) to serve the East Central Iowa region. By joining our team, you will be part of a dedicated sales force comprised of passionate and goal-oriented professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating business strategies and driving sales growth within the designated region.
- Enhancing regional development initiatives.
- Providing dealer support throughout the entire sales process.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of agronomy, particularly in crop protection and agricultural business.
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, a related agricultural field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of two years in an agronomic sales position.
- Must reside within or close to the assigned territory.
- Willingness to travel within the designated area.
- Flexibility to accommodate seasonal work schedules.
- Occasional travel to headquarters for team meetings and training sessions.
- Valid driver's license.
- Basic proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office; training for Google platform will be provided.
Compensation and Benefits:
Attractive salary commensurate with experience, along with bonus opportunities. Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as Flex Spending options. Paid time off and holidays are included, along with a company-provided cell phone, computer, and vehicle. An annual apparel allowance is also offered.
