Mission Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Pharmacist - Adult and Internal Medicine Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical pharmacy services to adult and internal medicine patients, including medication therapy management and disease state management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans that promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Conduct medication use evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and guidelines to ensure evidence-based practice.

Requirements:

  • Pharmacist licensure in the state of North Carolina.
  • Pharmacist must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
  • Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or related field.
