Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Harris Teeter. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring the highest level of patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of pharmacists, technicians, and interns to ensure seamless pharmacy operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer feels welcome, important, and appreciated.
  • Clinical Services: Offer clinical services, including immunizations, medication therapy management, and disease state management.
  • Operations Management: Oversee pharmacy operations, including inventory management, supply chain management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Financial Management: Manage pharmacy finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance and quality control processes are in place to maintain high standards of patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a pharmacist, preferably in a retail or hospital setting.
  • Licensure: Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state(s) of the region.
  • Certifications: APhA and CPR-certified through an accredited, state-approved organization.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
