Associate Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Creative Director to join our team at Wunderman Thompson LLC dba VML. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative and effective marketing campaigns that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the creative development of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and traditional media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including art directors, copywriters, and designers, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored marketing solutions.
- Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure their growth and development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our creative output.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative agency environment, with a focus on copywriting and creative direction.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of creative professionals.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, messaging, and campaign measurement.
