Job Title: Associate Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Creative Director to join our team at Wunderman Thompson LLC dba VML. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative and effective marketing campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creative development of marketing campaigns, including concepting, writing, and art direction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, strategy, and production, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and develop creative solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage and mentor junior creative staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their careers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive creative innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in a creative agency setting, with a focus on art direction and creative leadership.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of creative professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex marketing challenges.
