Job Title: Associate Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Creative Director to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading concept development and translating creative direction into effective design solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Support and lead the creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creation
  • Present work internally and to clients
  • Lead creative teams in the successful creation and production of art/design solutions
  • Follow creative direction of senior creative staff and account staff
  • Plan and direct many aspects of assigned projects, serving as an integral member of the creative team
  • Accountable for managing a team of creative talent and leading them in the development of creative work
  • Mentor and lead assigned creative staff, critiquing their work and providing guidance
  • Manage internal details of assigned projects, including finding photographers and coordinating with production and account staff
  • Translate established creative direction into conceptual ideas
  • Participate in new-business development efforts as a creative team member
  • Work with account representatives on all projects
Qualifications:
  • Portfolio showcasing digital work and campaign experience
  • Conceptual and hands-on skills, with a broad knowledge of digital experiences
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in the industry
  • Solid knowledge of the creative development process, providing guidance and producing work in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Good presentation and people-management skills
  • Ability to solve problems using keen instincts and organizational experience
  • Proven mentoring, supervisory, and team-building skills
