About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Creative Director to join our team at Wunderman Thompson. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative and effective marketing campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide creative leadership and vision to the team, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Manage and oversee the development of marketing campaigns, from concept to delivery, ensuring that they are aligned with client objectives and brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including art directors, copywriters, designers, and account managers, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our creative work.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative agency environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Advanced competencies in Microsoft Office and industry-standard software programs.
  • A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates strategic, conceptual, and creative thinking.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000-$180,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
