We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Marriott International Inc.
">About the Role
The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins, verify reservations, and assign rooms according to property policies and procedures
- Operate the telephone switchboard station and respond to guest requests
- Run daily reports to identify any special requests or inaccuracies
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No related work experience necessary
- No supervisory experience necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
