Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our dedicated team. As a Project Manager at Precise LLC, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing construction and remediation projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget management.
  • Oversee project execution and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and solve construction-related challenges.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Oversee remediation projects, including site assessment and remediation planning.
  • Identify potential risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.
  • Monitor project financials and control costs.
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures.
  • Champion a culture of safety on construction and remediation sites.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction and remediation industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction and remediation processes, methods, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management software and other company platforms.
