Position Overview:
As a Project Supervisor at Precise LLC, you will be instrumental in overseeing and managing construction and remediation projects from inception to completion. This role necessitates traveling across the state of Connecticut to supervise and coordinate diverse construction and remediation sites. You will be accountable for ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Formulate and implement project plans, encompassing scope, schedule, and budget management. Supervise project execution and ensure compliance with timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Construction Expertise: Leverage your construction knowledge to provide technical direction, resolve construction-related issues, and guarantee the successful execution of construction projects.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to achieve project objectives. Cultivate a collaborative and positive work atmosphere.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary liaison for clients, keeping them updated on project developments, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Remediation Expertise: Manage remediation projects, including site evaluation, remediation strategy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and devise proactive strategies to mitigate them. Anticipate and resolve challenges that may affect project delivery.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project finances, control expenditures, and ensure effective resource allocation. Provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
  • Quality Control: Implement and uphold quality control measures to ensure that construction and remediation projects meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety on construction and remediation sites. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
  • Travel Requirement: Regular travel is necessary across the state of Connecticut to oversee construction and remediation sites and ensure project success.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Supervisor in the construction and remediation sector.
  • Strong comprehension of construction and remediation processes, methodologies, and materials.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficient in project management software and other company platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the state of Connecticut.
