Cultivation Specialist

The Cultivation Associate provides critical support for plant cultivation, adhering to established policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Provide care and attention to marijuana plants, ensuring optimal growth and health
- Monitor and address plant pests and other potential issues to prevent harm to plant health
- Manage plant inventory, tracking and recording data as directed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols
- Execute tasks in the veg, flower, and propagation rooms, ensuring efficient operations
- Collaborate with the management team and colleagues to achieve shared goals
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Relevant work experience in a hydroponic vegetable production or bedding plant production facility
- Prior nursery, landscaping, and/or agricultural experience preferred
- Cannabis experience a plus
This role requires a high level of physical activity, including lifting, carrying, and balancing up to 75 pounds, as well as prolonged standing and walking.
