The Role:

We're seeking a skilled Cultivation Associate to join our team. As a key member of our cultivation team, you'll be responsible for providing care and support for plant cultivation, adhering to our policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sow, pot, thin, weed, water, transplant, and move plants
  • Monitor plant health and detect pests and other issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Track and record plant data as directed
  • Participate in overall facility cleanliness
  • Collaborate with the management team and other coworkers
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant work experience in a hydroponic vegetable production or bedding plant production facility
  • Prior nursery, landscaping, and/or agricultural experience preferred
  • Cannabis experience helpful
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks
